These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.liveinoakridge.ca/ (the "Website") and any text message program offered by Justin Skrypnyk Professional Corporation DBA Live In Oakridge ("we," "us," or "our"). Non-marketing messages relate to your property inquiries, home valuation requests, showing and appointment scheduling, and appointment reminders and confirmations. If you also opt in to marketing messages, we may send real estate updates, new listings, market news, events, and promotional offers.

  • Consent: Opting in is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
  • Opting out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.
