Who We Are
Justin Skrypnyk's family has called Oakridge home since 1959. His grandparents were among the neighbourhood's early residents. His parents were raised here. And Justin was born and raised here too — a third-generation Oakridge resident whose connection to this community goes far deeper than any sales territory.
As a Real Estate Broker with Sutton Group Chapman Realty Inc., Brokerage, Justin has watched Oakridge change across decades — not as an outside observer, but as someone who lived through it. That history gives him a perspective on value, character, and long-term trajectory that no amount of market data can replicate.

Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres — VP of Sport
The Optimist Club of Oakridge Acres has served this community since 1957. Justin is currently the club's Vice-President of Sport — helping oversee the baseball and soccer programs that support more than 2,000 local youth each year, and contributing to the ongoing development of Oakridge Optimist Community Park. Giving back to the neighbourhood his family has called home for generations isn't an afterthought — it's just what you do.
Our 'Hood
Oakridge sits between Wonderland Road and Sanatorium Road in West London. Most homes were built between the 1950s and 1980s — mature trees, large lots, and a genuine neighbourhood feel that newer developments rarely replicate.
