Those require real estate board access beyond what this site currently has (a Member/VOW-level data feed, not the public active-listings feed this map runs on). Median list price, days on market, and the other live pills are all based on active MLS listings from every REALTOR®, not just Justin's.
What does "Left Market This Period" mean?
It's the number of listings that were active in the previous snapshot but are no longer active now -- a rough signal of how quickly homes are moving in that neighbourhood, without needing sold-price data.
Is this every neighbourhood in London, Ontario?
